  Texas fajita nachos was awesomely delicious. My family loved this place. We always come here on Thursday. "Taco Thursday" that's our family night out. Anyways, this place is great. It's pretty clean, nice ambiance. Friendly people. Food is fast. Service is great.

  We have always been satisfied with El Sombrero. However, we (party of 5) were treated with complete disrespect tonight. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito and they delivered a steak burrito. I took about 3 bites before I realized it wasn't chicken. When I notified the waitor, he told me they would have to charge me for the replacement burrito because I "should have noticed as soon as it was delivered". He brought the manager, Olga (I believe was her name) who insisted that I waited until I ate almost all of the burrito before I told them about it. She eventually agreed to bring me another burrito. When I received the bill, she added the cost of another burrito. I addressed it again with them at the register where Olga and another very condescending young lady wanted to argue with me and try to make me feel as if I were trying to be dishonest. It's a shame that such a minor issue had to escalate into losing a customer. We spent $70 that night and typically go there at least once per week. If you want to know that you are appreciated, don't go to this El Sombrero, at least while Olga is on duty. My review doesn't come close to sharing the disgust that I feel after the horrible attitude these people had. AVOID.
